Rules & Requirements to Join Home Depot Customer Survey Sweepstakes

Two categories: Consumer and Professional are in the Home Depot Customer Satisfaction Sweepstakes. To enter into the Consumer category, you

• Must be a permanent legal resident of one of the fifty United States or the District of Columbia, including the US Virgin Islands and Guam and excluding Puerto Rico.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older at the time of drawing entry.
• Visit a participating Home Depot store in recent times.
• Have a recent Home Depot receipt or survey invitation.
• The receipt will valid for 14 days from the date of the transaction complete the survey within. After that, will expire.

Additional Requirement for Professional

To participate in the Professional Category sweepstakes, you must be professionally employed. Like you can be a General Contractor, Remodeler, Building Operator, Handyman, Building or Construction worker, Real Estate or Rental Property Manager, Special Tradesman including plumber, or electrician, etc.

• Visit the Home Depot Survey website at www.homedepot.com/survey

• Choose your preferred language from the list if you want to continue the survey with another language than the default one.
• Click the “Begin Survey” button.
• Enter the Zip or Postal Code of your primary residence in the field
• Click the “Next” button.
• Provide the User ID and Password from your Home Depot receipt.
• Complete the survey in its entirety.
• After you finish the survey properly, you have to fill out a sweepstakes entry form to receive your entry to the Home Depot Sweepstakes.

How to Participate in Home Depot Customer Sweepstakes by Mail

Mail-In entry is an alternate way to enter the Home Depot Customer Satisfaction Sweepstakes. Those, who do not make an eligible Home Depot transaction or completing an online survey, can participate in the drawing contest using this method.

What You Need to Know More about Home Depot Survey Sweepstakes

• If you are an employee, officer, director of Home Depot, and its associated companies, you can take part in the contest. The immediate family members or persons living in the same household of any such person are also not eligible for the sweepstakes entry.
• You can only enter one category in the Home Depot Customer Satisfaction Sweepstakes. If you do not qualify for the pro category, enter into the consumer section.
• If you take the online survey, you will automatically be placed in the right category based on your provided information.
• The mail entrants must provide their category preference at the write-in sweepstakes entry request.
• Whether you enter online or by mail, you can enter only 45 times in the entire sweepstakes period as an individual.
• The survey administrator or Home Depot will send the notification to the potential winners within 5 days of the Draw Date.
• After the verification, it will take 6 to 8 weeks for the prize to be delivered.
