Eligibility Requirements of Metro Ontario Survey Contest
You must be an eligible entrant to participate in the Metro Ontario Customer Survey Sweepstakes. For that, you will need
- To be a legal resident of Ontario or Quebec, Canada
- Must have reached the age of 18 years at the time of the entry to the draw.
- Visit a participating Metro store lately and save the receipt to access the survey platform online.
- The ability to recall the visit experience and have a web-enabled computer or mobile device.
- Complete the survey within 7 days if you have a survey code in your Metro receipt.
Steps to Enter the Metro Customer Experience Survey Contest
Online is the only way to enter into the Metro Ontario Monthly Sweepstakes. If you are an eligible individual with the above qualities, you have to complete the Metro Customer Experience Survey and join the applicable monthly draw.
Though, purchase or survey access code is not necessary to participate in the sweepstakes. If you do not make a qualifying purchase to receive the survey invitation and code, you can still take the survey and enter the drawing. For that, you can
- Go to the Metro Survey site at www.metrosurvey.ca if you visit a Metro Ontario store. The Quebec store visitor access, www.metrosondage.ca
- You can also visit any of the two sites and then click the respective link above the info entry area to be redirected to the designated page.
- Input the Survey Code from the bottom of your Metro receipt in its field on the right middle of the page. (Couldn’t find the code? Take a look at the sample receipt image on the left-hand side to find its location provided on your receipt).
- Click on the “Start Survey” button to proceed.
- If you do not have a survey code on your receipt, click the “Don’t have a Survey Access Code?” link below the entry field.
- Then, select the city and store, and enter your visit Metro date.
- Complete a brief survey that appeared on your screen honestly recalling your last experience at Metro.
- Follow the on-screen directions and submit your entry into the sweepstakes.
Upon receipt of a properly completed sweepstakes entry form, you will receive one entry into the applicable Monthly Contest Period.
Metro Survey Sweepstakes Prize
There are 12 prizes, each per monthly draw, are available in the entire contest period to be won. Each prize contains a $1000 CDN in the Metro gift card.
Things You Need to Know about Metro Ontario Customer Survey Sweepstakes
- To be eligible for the contest you must not be an employee, director, agent, and representatives of the sponsor, Metro, and any companies or agencies associated with Metro.
- The immediate family members of these persons are also not allowed to take part in the contest.
- The Survey Access Code on a Metro receipt is valid for 7 days from the date printed on it.
- Within 7 days of the end of a month, the contest computer will select one winner randomly from all the eligible entries received in the previous month.
- Potential winners must be reached by phone or e-mail within 5 business days of the communication to claim their prizes
- As a contestant, you can submit only one 1 entry form into the sweepstakes any 7-day period or a total of 4 entries during the entire monthly period.
- The prize gift card will be activated before delivered
- The winners can use the gift cards up to their value to purchase products or services at any participating Metro or Food Basics store in Ontario, Canada.
