Been for a ride on the ambulance lately?  We can all agree it’s certainly not on the top of the ole’ things to do list.  However, if you have had the misfortune of this taking place, taking care of the bill is much easier.  For instance, you can usually pay your bill quickly and easily ONLINE.  So let’s take at how to pay your bill at My EMS Account.

Tips for making a payment at www.myemsaccount.com

Enter your Trip Number in the blank field (it’s smack dab in the middle of the page).

Can’t find the Trip Number?  Click the link below the entry field to bring up a sample image of your bill.

Once the sample appears, you can see exactly where the Trip Number is located by taking a peek at the highlighted section.

After you’ve successfully entered your Trip Number click the Submit button to proceed with your payment.

By the way, you can provide feedback on how your ambulance ride went by clicking the link at the bottom right hand side of the page.  However, before you start with your option, be aware that you’re gonna need one piece of information.  You guessed it, the TRIP NUMBER!  Enter the Trip Number in the blank space and click the Submit button to proceed with your survey.

Questions about your bill?  Click the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page to bring up an online contact form.  From there you can use the drop down box to specify what you’re asking about.  Once you’ve completed the form tap the Submit button to send the question (hopefully the answer is one you’re hoping to hear!).
